Nature of EntelePay Services
EntelePay is a technical implementation service operated by TVK Labs & Technologies under the KRON Payment Systems umbrella. EntelePay is not a bank, money services business, payment processor, exchange, broker-dealer, custodian, wallet provider, or licensed financial institution. We do not hold customer funds, process payments on our own behalf, or take custody of digital assets.
Payment technologies, processors, gateways, custodians, and related services referenced or configured through EntelePay are provided by independent third parties. Those providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies, compliance programs, and eligibility criteria. EntelePay does not control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for third-party services.
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets expectations for how you may use our website, submit inquiries, and engage our implementation services.
Permitted Use
You may use our services for lawful business purposes related to evaluating and implementing payment infrastructure, provided you comply with these terms and applicable law.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Use services for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Submit malware, spam, or abusive content through forms or communications
- Misrepresent your identity, business, or regulatory status
- Request implementation for activities prohibited by applicable law or provider terms
- Share private keys, seed phrases, or production credentials via website forms
- Scrape, overload, or interfere with website operation
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
High-Risk Activities
EntelePay may decline or discontinue engagements involving prohibited categories under provider rules, sanctions exposure, or unacceptable legal risk. Compatibility assessments are not guarantees of acceptance.
Enforcement
We may investigate violations, refuse service, remove content, block IPs, and cooperate with authorities as appropriate. Violations may result in termination without refund where permitted by contract.
