Nature of EntelePay Services

EntelePay is a technical implementation service operated by TVK Labs & Technologies under the KRON Payment Systems umbrella. EntelePay is not a bank, money services business, payment processor, exchange, broker-dealer, custodian, wallet provider, or licensed financial institution. We do not hold customer funds, process payments on our own behalf, or take custody of digital assets.

Payment technologies, processors, gateways, custodians, and related services referenced or configured through EntelePay are provided by independent third parties. Those providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies, compliance programs, and eligibility criteria. EntelePay does not control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for third-party services.

Overview

Digital assets and blockchain-based payment systems involve significant risks. This disclosure highlights material risks but is not exhaustive. You should understand these risks before adopting crypto or stablecoin payment infrastructure.

Price Volatility

Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate dramatically over short periods. Stablecoins may also depeg, face liquidity constraints, or lose parity with their reference assets under stress conditions.

Irreversible Transactions

Blockchain transactions are often irreversible once confirmed. Sending funds to an incorrect address, on the wrong network, or with an incompatible asset may result in permanent loss.

Custody and Key Management

Loss of private keys, seed phrases, or access credentials typically results in permanent loss of assets. Self-custody configurations place full responsibility on you. Custodial providers introduce separate counterparty and operational risks.

Regulatory and Legal Risk

Laws governing digital assets vary by jurisdiction and are evolving. Regulatory actions may restrict certain assets, providers, or business models with limited notice.

Technology and Smart Contract Risk

Blockchain networks, smart contracts, bridges, and protocol upgrades may contain vulnerabilities, experience congestion, forks, or failures that affect settlement.

Third-Party Provider Risk

Payment technologies, processors, gateways, custodians, and related services referenced or configured through EntelePay are provided by independent third parties. Those providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies, compliance programs, and eligibility criteria. EntelePay does not control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for third-party services.

Provider insolvency, policy changes, account freezes, or onboarding rejection may disrupt payment operations.

Compliance and Sanctions Risk

Merchants remain responsible for sanctions screening, AML/KYC compliance, consumer protection, and tax reporting. Failure to comply may result in penalties, account closure, or asset freezes.
