Nature of EntelePay Services
EntelePay is a technical implementation service operated by TVK Labs & Technologies under the KRON Payment Systems umbrella. EntelePay is not a bank, money services business, payment processor, exchange, broker-dealer, custodian, wallet provider, or licensed financial institution. We do not hold customer funds, process payments on our own behalf, or take custody of digital assets.
Payment technologies, processors, gateways, custodians, and related services referenced or configured through EntelePay are provided by independent third parties. Those providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies, compliance programs, and eligibility criteria. EntelePay does not control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for third-party services.

Your Relationship with Providers
In most implementations, you contract directly with third-party providers under their terms. You are responsible for onboarding, KYC/AML review, fee schedules, chargebacks (where applicable), and ongoing compliance with provider policies.
EntelePay's Role
EntelePay acts as a technical implementation partner. We may assist with configuration, integration, testing, and documentation, but we do not operate payment processing on your behalf unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
Availability and Changes
Providers may change supported countries, assets, APIs, fees, or risk policies without notice. Implementations may require updates when providers deprecate features or reject merchant categories.
Data Processing
When you connect a provider account, that provider processes transaction and customer data under its own privacy policy. Review provider documentation before going live.
Your Due Diligence
You should independently evaluate provider financial stability, regulatory status, insurance, security practices, and suitability for your customers and jurisdictions before production use.
